I’m feeling guilt and anxiety over potentially leaving my job for a similar position elsewhere. I’m tempted because even though the new offer isn’t really a career/industry change like I’m wanting long term, the comp increase will allow me to afford things I’ve been dreaming of (my own apt, a dog). The guilt comes from my team being understaffed (although a position under me is open), my boss who I care for going on pat leave in 2 months, and growth opps I’ve been promised on my team. PwC folks—do we lose our bonus if we leave the firm, even if it’s passed the end of the fiscal year? I.e. if I left the firm the week after July 4th, would I get the bonus i earned the previous year?

I see a fundamental issue with consultant salary/role expectations when exiting. What do you expect when exiting MBB after 3, 5, 7 years post MBA? What's your target (VC, IB, FAANG etc.)?

Has any TP consultant ever passed from a big4 to a law firm? A tier 1 firm offered the double of the gross salary respect to what I earn now. I am happy working remotely from 9 to 6. Therefore, in case I will take the offer, part of the salary shall cover higher expenses related to a work in presence (relocation to city center, dry cleaning for the suits, overpriced restaurant for lunch) and I have the feeling that the working environment shall be way worse. Any thoughts?

Supposed to take REG a week from today in CA and my exam was just canceled from COVID cases spiking. NTS expires 12/31, FAR expires beginning of Jan, REG is the last exam i need to pass all 4. Haven't seen any updates on CBA pushing back exam expiration dates for CA, I feel so lost and have no idea what to do and am so scared of losing FAR.
