Hi 🐠 Any lessons learned/tips for finding an industry job? I know it’s a broad question, but have only worked for pwc since grad (7+ years ago), and appreciate any feedback. Process seems daunting.

My most recent director told me that my time is being charged as Sr Consultant, so that’s the expectation for my performance. My title is associate, so two levels below a senior consultant. My last two appraisals have been scored against senior consultant roles, which my company has used to justify why I’m not eligible for a salary increase or promotion to consultant. Is this normal?

Does work experience at FAANG or MBB look better for mba admissions?

Same responsibilities, higher expectations, and lower pay than my peer group but I’m told that I’m the future... Not sure how to approach ... should I raise with HR or my boss?
