2. Risk and controls (do's and don'ts)
3. Global security (safety procedures)
4. Basic tech (sso, remote login etc)
5. Amenities (food and travel)
Lastly they hand out goodies - nothing but a bag with diary and pen

I have some credit card points that I can convert to milage for BA (Avios), FinnAir, Ethiad, Emirates, Qatar, Delta, Singapore, Airfrance/KLM, virgin etc.

If I’m based in london, will Avios be the safest bet? Personally I don’t like BA services so might prefer Middle Eastern carriers, but not sure how good they are for intra-European flights (eg london-rome)

I have two offers, one is 10lpa from a Indian company with regular breakout of medical insurance, basic pay, HRA, ...
The second one is from a non Indian company 12lpa, but there is no break up, no pf no HRA nothing, they just credit 1l per month and I have to take care of medical insurance, pf externally, which one would be profitable salary wise?

I have 5 yoe in tech consulting but more on the side of PM/requirements/some testing. Lately, I’ve been wanting to gain some tech skills I can use to get out of consulting but I have no idea where to start. Should I learn to code as a hobby? Or start to specialize in something?
