Sorry to hear that about I&C. Y’all definitely deserve better.. I would say I’m above average but wouldn’t put myself in the top percentile of high performers. I prioritize my work/life balance over anything and have said no multiple times to additional work when I already have my plate full. I do well with what I’m given and what’s on my plate and am involved around the office outside of client work. However, comparing myself to other people I consider high performers, I definitely don’t go as above and beyond as they do.
NYC Forensics, Tech Staff 2 to Senior 1 27.5% raise (20% market and merit, 7.5% promo) $79.5k to $101.3k No PBB
Non tech West Staff 2 to Senior 1 13.3 % merit and makerbot 7.5% promotion increase new salary 87,815
I&C East Region Senior 2 to Senior 3 9% salary increase 2.5% PBB
East (not nyc) Rising M1 I&C 19.5% salary raise, 9.5% pbb 6500 manager bonus
Damn my PBB was 2% other numbers similar but in central region.
These #s are wild.
