Since posting salaried in NYC there has been a significant declines in applicants. Has anyone else seen this and how broad are everyone’s ranges !

People are focused on the holidays and know that the end of year budgets are not going to give them the opportunity to negotiate a better salary

Personally, with Calendar YE, and the fact that many companies in tech are in hiring freezes, I'm personally not even looking around until 2023.

What kind of accommodations can I ask for especially since I work from home? I am having an extremely hard time with the pressure and time constraints on getting the work done. I am a very fast pace worker but it’s like I can’t work fast enough here at this new job. And I don’t know what to ask for.

Hi everyone, 2nd year junior associate going on my 3rd year - working in big law . Got staffed on my first corporate financing deal and I’m completely new to this (usually do private M&A deals) . Super happy about this new opportunity but also kinda freaking out. Really want to make a good first impression and do good job on this deal? Any tips ? ☺️

Can anyone refer me for google?

How much in RSUs is typically given at public tech companies (non-FAANG), over 4 years or whatever, for Creative Directors / essentially Head of Creative running a small department? I’ve mostly joined pre-IPO companies in the past. Trying to figure out what I should expect / negotiate for…

Just found out my nephew has been sleeping on the floor for over a month. Stupid x brother in law, apparently "ordered" a bed but it hasn't come due to covid. And for some reason he can't sleep on the bunk bed in the other room.

Is Lowe’s a good company to work for? I got an job offer and they’re ready to pay 115k for a Senior Data Analyst role. I’m based in NYC and have 4 years of experience. (I feel the pay is lower than the market rate) Any feedbacks or comments?

Salary for Marketing Assistant at Healthcare Company in NYC?

Hello everyone!
I’m currently working as an Optimization Associate, which in my company is a step above a project manager. Our team didn’t have a scope for the majority of my tenure, so I was practically doing E2E PM & process improvement for multiple teams. I’ve asked for an off-cycle salary increase (35%) because I’ve been performing at a higher level than my job entails far before my promotion to the role and I’m currently excelling. How likely would the company accept it?

Boston BioTech

I'm in the final round of interviews for two internal positions - both vertical. One has FTE's (my first such experience) and the other a much broader scope vs my current role

I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range

How do I push back on my company if they offer less than that, if I do want one of those roles? Without a pay scale, what is the best way to approach?

I’ve been with my company for a year and a half. Started as a social media coordinator and after 6 months promoted to digital marketing advisor. I work in MarTech and received glowing accommodations of my work establishing baseline global web & social metrics, c-suite level reporting & strategy, data analysis, and increasing ROI of marketing for global campaigns. I am currently at 66k but have reached my salary band cap with no guarantee of an increase moving forward. Advice for negotiation?

Just received an offer from Thermo Fisher for 25/hr (best pay for me to date). Would it be prudent to respond with counter-offer if the recruiter stated the cap was 26 for the position?

Any Senior Land Reps for NextEra Energy here?

I just received an email from the company inviting me to permanently join - currently I work as a contractor and they’re inviting to join the team - the proposal is less than I make it as a contractor ( considering that I won’t be able to do overtime - and I do a lot - I’ll make 15% less than I’m making now). Also both amounts seems low compared to the industry. Any advice? Thank you!

Are there any perks for Amazon employees? Can you order monitors/hardware, have an annual training budget, etc?

Even though some job postings include the range, the recruiter still asks me what my desired salary range is? Im totally fine with the salary range posted in the job description - that’s why I applied. Do you guys usually give a higher number or just narrow the range down but stay within the salary range posted with the job description?

Recently just had an Interview for a logistics position available, wondering how much account managers in the south Texas area are making per year. $$ please let me know if you know.

I am working for a CRO in USA and a current base salary of USD 100K. I am moving to Canada this fall and the company approved an internal transfer to the Canada office. However, they offered me CAD 105K (much less than what I currently make). How do I discuss this with HR to see if they would be willing to pay me the same as my USA salary. Any comments or advice?

January, I got a promotion to store manager of a Metro by T-Mobile. The job however came with a mandatory 60hrs/6 day work week. And salary at $1,000 a week. There are no benefits, PTO, or even holiday pay. I get a commission on my sales with how things are now a days, it's like an extra $400 a month. I'm not really happy, and am having doubts about staying here. Is this a good salary? At $16.6/hr i feel as it's not.

I am classified as an agent selling health insurance but there’s a private email I recently gained access to showing the company is using my broker license and I suspected that since I’m the agent of record on a lot of business. They pay for everything including leads but I’m working as an agent in one email whereas there’s another showing I’m using my license as a broker. I get $43,000 salary plus commissions so averaging $80 K a year. Any advice?

Hello, I have a bachelors degree with 4 years of working experience in corporate FP&A. I recently got an offer from a large IT company located in Silicon Valley. What is a good salary range for a finance analyst role at an IT company in Silicon Valley?

Hey fishes, hope you are doing great. I'm a DevOps/sre Engineer, with 12 YOE in the UK. I'm currently working in a Reputed tech company. Not FAANG. I would like to pursue my career in these above similar top tech companies. Would like to know your opinions on preparation and what kind of salaries can be expected and is there any WLB.
preparation: I'm sure that I'm bad at datastructures and algos.
Sys Design:ok
But my role has nothing to do with too much SD
Appreciate your suggestions
