Hi all.
Is there anyone who would like to refer me as an assistant management accountant at their company? I am pursuing a CMA qualification, currently completing a higher degree in Management Accounting, and an intern. I am in South Africa, and would like to relocate. Please and thanks.

Hi Fishes,
Have some queries regarding Eli Lilly, can someone come on DMs for it?

Anyone have a sense of whether MBAs are as receptive to cold outreach from BA/BS alumni from the same university as they are to outreach from fellow MBA grads? For example, if I did my undergrad at UChicago, can I expect a decent reception when doing cold outreach to Chicago Booth alumni for career networking?

Asked in main bowl, but curious from a female perspective. What benefits, perks, and other WLB things would you want from your company to improve your satisfaction?

Does anyone know about the IAAP diploma in IFRS?

IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

Thanks in advance

Even in the Christian world, we can learn from secular teachers and scholars who have familiarized themselves with Biblical principles, even if they do not realize it. Who are some of these that you follow? Do you follow them often or sporadically? Currently I'm listening to the Jordan Peterson Lots of great information from this psychologist who eventually found Christ. He has several audio books out as well. Worth your time to listen IMO...

I’m in TAS and I have 1 YOE with my current company and 2 YOE in RPO. I’m only making about 48k. I feel this is really underpaid! I’m in Columbus, OH

HR or Payroll:

I had resigned from a job a few weeks ago. I’m entitled to 2 weeks (10 days) of vacation pay. I used 1.5 since January 1st. Will I be paid out the vacation pay that I earned from Jan-June, or the full 8.5 days that I would’ve had left?

What's the pay range you are seeing for a HRBP in NYC now in days?

I am currently a program manager in the DC area making 72k is that low or about average ?

Hi there. I'm in resource management and have been for two years. I started at 58k, am now at 73k. I can't help but still feel underpaid. I manage over 200 resources' time and save my company probably 700k-1M a month in increased productivity. Do you think a similar position at another company would net me a significant increase? I love my company and probably wouldn't leave for anything less than 90k...

Im a Sr HR Operations Specialist and going for a HR Manager role in Chicago I’m looking into the tech or finance industries what is the going salary and if any bonuses attached for both industries. I have 8 years experience in HR.

What’s the average salary for a seasoned Senior Employee Relations Business Partner in CA?

Curious what market rate would be for my role: Head of HR for a tech start up, nationwide/remote company based out of Pittsburgh. I’m the first HR and run everything except payroll. Responsible for building comp pathing, emerging leaders program, performance program, all recruiting/onboarding, L&D, etc. Thecompany is scaling and high growth. I have SPHR-SCP and 15 years experience in corporate and small companies. Currently at $102K base + 20% incentive. Seems low to me, thoughts?

I recently got hired as a new grad in Toronto. I was actually hired to backfill a role that was previously an Employee Experience Specialist, but have a different title because I'm handling employee experience AND some admin duties. The person in my role previously was being paid 70k. I got hired at 60k, which I asked for, but now I know how much they made, I feel like I should've asked for more bc I have more responsibilities. I just got hired, and I'm a new grad, so maybe it's fair? Thoughts?

Hello All,

I just had two interviews for a job at Raytheon. The recruiter asked my salary expectation and I gave it. He then a said my expectations were too high. The weird part was that he straight up told me he was going to look up my salary (I’m an internal candidate) to give a a number that “actually makes sense”. Can he base my offer on my current pay for a completely different job? Seems sketchy. The job requires 8+ years experience and it supports all of the Americas … I asked for 75-85k
