Since posting salaried in NYC there has been a significant declines in applicants. Has anyone else seen this and how broad are everyone’s ranges !

IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

A recruiter called me to give my job offer and the numbers she gave were so low that I counter offered my number on the phone itself. She said she would try but cannot promise me those numbers. Also where did I get those numbers from ( they were all well within the range )

I just had two interviews for a job at Raytheon. The recruiter asked my salary expectation and I gave it. He then a said my expectations were too high. The weird part was that he straight up told me he was going to look up my salary (I’m an internal candidate) to give a a number that “actually makes sense”.
