What are your companies doing in regard to work from home/flexibility? I can’t imagine not having the option to work from home, especially in tech and have heard a lot of my friends say they would quit their respective company if they couldn’t wfh….now that we’ve done it successfully is that a dealbreaker for you too?
Add exercise to your daily schedule. You won't regret it. I make sure I do something every day, even if it just ends up being dancing in the kitchen while I cook and multitask.

Jogging is my go-to.
Have you ever wanted to try something but never did? That's your time too. I would also form a new routine to accommodate the time for your newfound hobby.
Yoga has been my go to. I love giving my body a nice stretch after sitting all day. Helps so much.

Same. I started doing a lot of major housework early on…. Now life is a bit of a hamster wheel
Try walking in a green area. It's not intensive, and you can workout problems your working on I. The background. You'll get some exercise whick can get you in a mind to go to the gym or other activities.
Something you get you out in nature. I enjoy camping, even if it's only a night or two when I can't take time off. I find it really helps reset my brain.
