I'm so afraid to take the autism test because I'm sure that I have it. NOTHING wrong with having autism at all, I'm simply afraid of being judged over the stigma of something else.

This is great. Thank you so much for sharing this. I am excited to join this bowl and network with others who have ADHD and autism as well. I totally feel so aone sometimes.

What’s the appropriate pay for a Video Prodcuer/ editor (for web) in London? I think I’m being underpaid. I have a BA(Hons) in Film & TV and a MA in Television Journalism. I’ve been working at the same company for 4 years and was promoted 3 years ago. I was told to ‘prove myself’ when I asked about the compensation, then the pandemic put a stop to any raises. I asked again a bit more than a year ago and they gave me a little bump because some left. I’m currently at £31k. The company keeps hiring

Finally found a provider who listens and is helping me get ADHD controlled. Also diagnosed me w/anxiety. Treating w/Adderall and Wellbutrin, but she's telehealth so can't prescribe anymore. PCP won't coordinate care until I see a cardio. Anxious something will be wrong and I can't be treated for ADHD anymore 😩 anyone else here w/high BP?

How to read diligently when on stimulants? Does anyone find it very difficult to slow down how fast they read something and as a result miss critical data points that change their story? If so, what do you do?

So today was my first day on a stimulant (diagnosed as an adult), and everyone says its suppose to feel like *boom* magic, or normal (?) , I guess. Knowing that is figurative, what should I actually be expecting? I feel mostly the same, I think, though I came in and actually did started my work today. But I mean, somedays I do that...I just don't want to psyche myself out if I'm expecting too much. Or pscyhe myself in if I actually might not be experiencing what I should.
