Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

I can’t expect to have a supportive manager or mentor.
I think you should be able to expect this. Track down the person you respect and admire the most. Tell them what you admire about them and offer up your time to help them with something they are passionate about. They should (and will) return the favor.
Don’t think about your only mentor being the person above you on an org chart. Go sideways. Go diagonal. Go outside your company and connect with someone on LinkedIn.
Just take the situation into your own hands and see where it leads. You will surprise yourself.
