🤗 hang in there OP. I promise it will get better
Hang in there op, I promise you’ll be fine too
Go see a functional medicine doctor, emphasis on the functional medicine. Helped me. Regular doctors will just prescribe drugs that have a whole nother set of reactions
Hey OP, not sure what your specific situation is but I had something very similar where I ended up with digestive issues, ended up in the ER, after some very stressful times at work. I won't say it was an easy road after that, but I will say it gets better, trust me. I wouldn't have in a million years guessed I could come to this new normal, but it's so much better than what I was dealing with before. Like others have mentioned, meditation /praying for me helped A TON. A lot of this is mental with the gut-mind relationship. Take time for yourself, some constant exercise helped me a lot too. I also went to a natural doctor who prescribed me with a few natural things to take, honestly I can't say that's the reason things got better or not. All I know is I'm in a much better place now than when I was at the peak of my issues. Hang in there, time really does heal all. I think issues like this are especially tough because on the outside everything looks completely normal to others, they don't see how much you're dealing with and it's tough to tell people that. Stay strong, I'm rooting for you!
Wow your story sounds very similar to mine and I cannot believe I put myself in the emergency room which was also during the peak of the high stress client facing times. I have really prioritized my health right now and I’m really trying to take it one day at a time but haven’t dealt with this for over five years it has just been absolutely exhausting. It’s just really frustrating when people don’t understand and you are right when people don’t know what’s going on on the inside and all they can see is the outside and so they find these hurtful comments appropriate when they’re really not. I’m really glad you were able to get better and I hope that you were on a continued road for that and I’m hoping the same for myself. I have also started daily meditation and really focusing on stress management and seeing that not everything needs to be stressed about or even at all. I know I will get there and I really just need to keep trying and stay positive. Thank you so much for the kind words❤️
Sorry to hear OP ... Stay strong and hang in there. You will win this battle.
In addition medications you are taking, I will highly recommend yoga, including breathing exercises.
I have had many chronic issues ... have been able to control them well with yoga. Even medications have stopped now.
I’ve had a lot of people telling me this. Daily meditation at a minimum, and stretching if I’m up to it (not in pain). Will hopefully work my way up to yoga 😊

I'm sorry you're feeling it particularly today. It's hard to work through physiological issues that also impact your body and your confidence. Is there anything soothing you can do to distract yourself through the worst of your feelings?
Taking a bath or watching a silly movie or something?
I cried a bit. Had to get it out. And texting my friends since I needed an ear 😞
I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’m actually experiencing the same thing. Did you get an official diagnosis? I’m finally seeing a gastro in 2 weeks.
That's the best way moving forward - listen to your body. It's not easy and it won't be quick - but experimenting with possible solutions that work or don't work with your body is what you'll need to do. Nobody else will be able to pinpoint things that will 100% solve your issue - everyone's body is different. What works for one won't work for another. I've experimented with different ingredients in foods that I've realized caused my stomach more issues than others, went through multiple tests, but at the end you know your body
