My project is driving me insane. Absolutely. Effing. Nuts. Starting off a consulting career virtually is so NOT it.
How do you learn new skills as a manager or above and then lead these topics with the client? For example, I'm learning about capability analysis through LinkedIn learning, but having a difficult time identifying the tactical steps to performing the analysis with the client. I have the theories down, but tactical steps are a problem. Any advice?

A little while ago I worked on a project where the 2 associates (1 female and 1 male) were not exactly top tier and made really dumb mistakes. The male director noticed and mentioned to me 1 on 1 “why is she messing up so much? Is she on her period? Pregnant maybe?” At the time I didn’t react but now I know I should have. I was a senior associate at the time. What should I have said or done? Does anyone feel this comment is appropriate/justified?

During the same interview, he compared the police officer who shot Jacob Blake as making a mistake, similar to a golfer who misses an easy putt. https://twitter.com/acyn/status/1300620978305736704?s=21
Local police just posted a photo on Twitter of a wanted person that I’m 75% sure may be the defendant in a civil suit I’m pursuing. My client would know for sure if this person is who I think, but he’s obsessed with ruining the person’s life so like I think I’m just staying quiet. This is like a MPRE problem.
There's a job opening in my dream agency. I want to apply but don't feel suitable for it yet. Should I go ahead anyway? If yes, how do I overcome this insecurity in me if I make it to the interviews?
