The peptide moisturizer! I love it. Super hydrating and doesn’t break me out.

I swear by DE !!
The TLC AHA/BHA serum + peptide moisturizer are my favorites but I have almost all their products and love them all. Been using DE consistently for over a year and it has transformed my skin ✨

Breakups: ladies have you ever left a relationship while the SO didn’t do anything wrong? I just feel he isn’t the right one for me after moving in for half a year now. My career counselor has seemed kind of cold towards me lately and I’m not sure why. Previously, she’s been someone I could count on to sponsor me, but she seems eager to get off our check in calls and hasn’t advocated for me in the ways I would’ve expected. For example, I went outside of our account for a stretch role and had walked through the logic of that decision (the role is on a high visibility project that could lead to more work, it’s a role meant for someone two career levels above mine

Been passed over for promotion twice (had support from multiple partners both times). Received the top performance rating every year since joining the firm (6 years), which I’ve heard is rare. When passed over, the partners say there were others who have been waiting longer (not necessarily with the highest ratings) and that I should “keep doing what I’m doing” and basically wait my turn. Anyone else face this and have any suggestions/guidance?
