Give us details. And market and background
D1, yes. I've been to 5 different offices and am well connected with many more. Culture tends to suffer when an office isn't hitting targets and the squeeze comes down from Seattle. That aside, I do think culture is pretty consistent; there's a Slalom way of working and treating people. I believe that some deficiencies in culture at specific offices have come from ex-ACN leadership that's had to relearn how to work here. Plenty of ex-ACN leaders don't make it at Slalom.
Well done, I guess
I like it. What would you like to know?
Love it
But there are ups and downs to it like anything
Also interested in this feedback as well... does your experience/opinion depend on the office you work out of?
I would think so. I am in NYC and love our GM. The office has grown a lot since I joined a few years back. We have a great culture. Fun people. (I actually go on vacation with my slalom peeps) I don't work myself to death. I don't loove my projects, but I am ok with that. Compensation has been good and gotten better. Office retreat is a blast. Room to grow if you want it but sales is a big part of that.
Culture is still great although I can see more bureaucracy creeping in. Projects are great and bad, same as other companies but my teammates have overall been amazing to work with. I do feel more supported in my personal development goals than ACC. Still loving being there.
Was miserable for 2.5 years and quit. Couldn't be happier to be out of there
