Pay on par w big 4, maybe slightly less. Look to make 150k+ as M, although tread the “Miami” water carefully, T2 rated city, but cpi is as high as New York.
SC3 has it right. I got a huge bump coming to slalom. Like 40%. Raises and bonuses are slower and smaller. So get ready for that
C3 - true you’ll have to commute locally, but what we’re paid, it’s not like you’re shelling out tons of cash to go to work. And 75% of the time if you’ve got a long commute, we work in mileage reimbursement. That depends on what office you’re in, but it’s a thing.
C3 - both Chicago and SF require long commutes just as a function of the way the city is set up and where our clients are. I’m in Denver and I worked in Boulder and get covered for mileage. It’s client and office specific. I’m never on site on Fridays. I would say you should own a car if you work for slalom, with the exception of cities that have great transit. To be clear, we aren’t a staff aug model. We do as much staff aug as a D or ACN. The staff aug voices are quite loud on FB.
Def not on par with B4. Especially in a new market, which Florida is for us. You’ll have to be scrappy.
It’s not huge. I think it’s like 5K maybe slightly more.
Not sure about pay but the hike is pretty bad. Also you will spend more on local commuting expenses.
