Varies by client. Some clients yoy are onsite 1-2 days a week, some you are on-site only for meetings, some you are there 4 or 5 days a week.
Overall slalom is really mellow about that. Usually the tram lead figures that out.
As a rule of thumb though...we try not to be on site all the tine
I call it commuting. Not travel
Slalom = no unwanted travel. That being said, yes, typical to spend four days locally on site at your client office
When our consultants are staffed 100% on a project that’s usually 40 hrs, M-F. If you’re a leader (anything other than consultant), your expectations are to be utilized less.

What happens on Friday? Work from
Home? Or in office?
Totally depends on the project, meetings etc. I have mostly worked from home (75%), or from the office (20%) to reconnect with colleagues, and mayyyybe 5% of the time gone in to client site for some specific reason (including forgetting my charger there) over the past 5+ years (all of this is about Friday’s)
Let me ask you in a diff way perhaps? How many times are you in the office on Friday in a year? 12-20?
About 10-12 times..i should be there more often but life gets in the way
Let me answer differently for you: if there are 52 weeks in a year, and I apply a .2 multiple, I get 10.4 days. I would say that means 10- 12 a year.
Sorry to be a jerk, but I feel like you set me up for it 😂
