How do you guys handle bullshit client adjustments? Do you ever push back? Or do you keep your mouths shut and adjust colors, fonts, sizes when they’re based on the opinion of someone with no design background at all?

Im a SM who just started at a large account , client folks( several Indian men) ask me to do administrative tasks like take notes and send out document links to meetings . Should I take an interview for a role brand side that I have no intention on accepting? My client has been hinting at me moving brand side to work on his team. He even asked a former colleague to gauge my interest. The issue is that I would be making significantly less money ($30k) and have a much lower title. I really just want to interview to meet more people in the organization, but I’m worried my agency will find out and it would put a bad taste in my clients mouth if he finds out.

What do you guys do when you have nothing to work on? I’m an A1, and sometimes due to client delays, work gets extremely slow. I’m just curious about what’s the common thing other staff do in this type of situation so I don’t feel guilty when I end up having free time

Seeking advice of fellow consultants & seniors here. I am currently working on an Internal Project for 50% chargeability. I have spent over 3 months and found it to be very demanding, with absolutely no value addition for me. I am depressed each day with the thought of working at it. Should I walk out of the internal project? How would it fare for my image and growth within the organization? Or should I suck it up & stick around anyways?

I would like some help with GSAP. I’m GPS 1yr. Consultant. I would like to apply for master’s. I haven’t found any resource in DNet regarding it. When I called the call center, it seems like GPS are not qualified for GSAP? Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to apply or do they find you? What criteria do they go off of? So… two months ago I started a gig as a CD. Good agency. Very talented people. Pretty quickly I realized that my new job is kinda about keeping up with incoming emails/teams messages. I can’t handle it. For the last month I have been sleeping in, getting out of bed after 11am, like I prefer. Those notifications start coming at around 8am and all I do is press those suggested replies on teams, not even half awake, pretty much still dreaming, and it works. I’m getting lots of good feedback.
