I’m in New York. I’ve got $80k just sitting in my savings account. I can’t afford to buy a place in NY. I’ve considered getting a house or condo in Orlando area since we vacation there quite a bit and I know I can rent out (assuming it’s approved for short term). Would it make sense to buy a place in FL and rent in NY?

You can’t escape their containers. This is a huge business and no one does it better. I’m projecting $300/share within a decade.
