Im a B4 A1 (soon A2) who's interviewing for accounting advisory roles at midtier firms

I thought if I could get into advisory 1yr earlier why not since that would mean higher pay for the year+no busy season, and advisory is where I want to end up, but only a couple of midtiers were hiring at A2 lvl (no B4, no other mid tiers)

I'm having second thoughts because 1)what if our raises are decent (come out in 2 weeks) and because I'd be leaving B4. My city is ~80-5k for Audit A2
