Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

How many years of experience do you have? What is your current TC? What is your area of focus (meaning, strategy vs. tech or more specific)
VP in industry is pretty hard to come by and looking at 250k+. Sr. Manager generally exit as Sr. Director and occasionally VP if stars align. Director map to Sr Director and VP. Comp in the industrial is generally lower than Consulting as you are aware of. You will need to get to a VP role to match your comp now. Best to network and join the client as you are a known quality. These positions are not advertised publically. Need to go thought your network or executive search firms. 6-9 month focused search is an average. More so in this economy. Recommand hunkering down a bit in 2021. If somthing comes your way, take a hold of it. Career mobility and options are limited once you get to that level.
So do you know of any reputable “executive search firms”? A few third-party recruiters have my info for executive positions that didn’t pan out, but haven’t worked into the real headhunter league yet. (SM 20+ YOE).
Yeah I think I’m ready to jump on the opportunity even though I may feel like it’s a bit of a step back. This pandemic made me realize my personal happiness matters more than job and comp. I’m in my late 30’s and sometimes it’s difficult to go against someone who has 10-15 more yoe on me and has been there/done that. I don’t really have real operational experience so that counts against me as well. Career is not a spring so at this point I’m ok pivoting and building different type of experiences. Hopefully becoming VP is just around the corner.
