Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?

I was reflecting on my time in public and there was always something, whether it was a new section in the file, getting more client contact, getting invited to a big golf outing, running the jobs, managing the jobs, etc. I worry that leaving would leave me bored and not motivated to hit any sort of goal. Been since May 23rd that I’ve completed my background check. Called the 3rd party company and they said the background check has been sent to the hiring company for review as of last Friday. Should I wait another day before following up with my recruiter about the status of the background check? I don’t suspect there to be any crazy thing, but I’m just anxious.
