I make my niece chickpea salad roll ups every now and then and she loves it. Cooked Chickpeas mashed with some Greek yogurt and tiny bit of mayo, add in some sliced grapes and almond slices (I know you said no nuts so could swap that out for anything with a nice crunch) on a wheat wrap rolled up and sliced into little rolls. Healthy, easy and cheap!

My daughter loves laughing cow and babybel. She’s tried blue cheese and is ok with it too. String cheese, babybel, or those individually wrapped packs would be easy to take on the go.
