After talking to some recruiters, it’s dawned on me that my senior raise is pretty competitive to industry. It could be an issue unique to the city I’m in (mcol to hcol east), but will industry salaries catch-up for the 15-20% bumps I was told to get? Anyone else seeing this in their regions? This might raise few eyes. I was thinking just because Chicago and IL is a blue city/state no one is questioning the decision to have the Lollapalooza this year.
