Form over function amirite?
In all seriousness, I have this problem even with normal walls. Best bet is soft furnishing throughout the home. Heavy drapes/curtains, lots of rugs. More furniture and items the better.
Is the problem that the noise is annoying or can be heard in meetings? If the latter theres plenty of headsets that can cut out background noise in the mic entirely

Almost all high end loft conversions are designed like this. There's only a single wall with Windows so they stunt the interior walls to allow sunlight to reach the other rooms. It's definitely a poor design and most certainly did not consider a pandemic causing everyone to WFH.
There's no solution to this at all.

Ok this was my thought as well
Unless someone at work has said anything during a call don’t worry about it. Noise canceling built into laptops and good headphones is much better than you think. There’s been times where I or someone on a call says “sorry about the xyz noise in the background” and no one can hear anything at all. So unless someone has complained you are good. Just mute yourself when not speaking.

White noise machine in the communal areas
My old condo was like that and we dry walled to the ceiling to seal it up. Obviously can’t do that in a rental. Noise cancelling headphones 🎧
I lived in a very similar space with my wife. She hated that I was on the phone the whole day and she could hear me talking anywhere in the condo. She got pretty fed up. We lived there for almost 4 years. We loved the place apart from the noise issue. A couple of things worked- 1) Get noise canceling headphones 2) we installed Bluetooth transmitter for our TV, this way if one of us wanted to watch TV, to we could do that without bothering the other 3) I sometime booked the common conference room of the building to give my wife some respite from my constant phone calls.
