I don’t think I can determine what you’re cut out for by reading one comment from you BUT I will say that something that’s helped me (an introvert with anxiety and depression) is to manage my energy prior to supporting any on site events and to attempt to manage it in-the-moment. I take short breaks throughout the day to go breathe or step outside in the sun or do a self-check of my emotional/mental status and use that pulse check to determine my path for the day. It’s been really helpful for me.
Its ok to have alone time OP. We all need it. Being around people 24/7 is exhausting
