Anyone else ever told that you go “too above and beyond” for your customers? For example, I deal with a lot of returns and repairs and sometimes customers don’t have their order information. I offer to help them find it with just some supplemental info. Could take anywhere from an extra 5 to 25 min of digging, depending on what info they can provide. Direct manager? Doesn’t care. Her boss however, made that comment this morning when asked about my daily productivity.

I am curious. When you evaluate a student, do you always feel the student truly met criteria or do you feel like you are sometimes grasping at straws to qualify a student to make a teacher or principal happy?
