I am planning to switch jobs
And I am wondering what exactly should be my ask?
I have seen my peers earning quiet well and I was thinking for someone with my profile atleast 22 to 24LPA can be my ask.

Anyone else get frustrated when a manager ‘thinks’ they’re being helpful by actively telling you that a lot of the stuff you do to help manage your ADHD is unnecessary and there’s a better way to do it? Like they mean well, but even when I try to tell them I do it for a reason they think I’m just being difficult - e.g. work in a team room with headphones on, have a physical to do list, have a bunch of tabs/docs open at one time, bring a second monitor, take regular short breaks etc.

Post-covid working models. My firm has been taking suggestions on how they should transition back to work but with flexibility (given productivity was record high during covid). I was thinking about suggesting something like a 20-day remote work benefit, similar and in addition to our PTO. Continuous, calendared remote work, no questions asked. Any feed back? I got a DUI in back in 2006. I have a family vacation planned for Canada next week and realized that they could potentially deny me entry for the past violation. I guess there is a form I could fill out but it wouldn’t be ready before my trip and besides I can’t find any documentation about it. Anyone have any experience with this? Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa, After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me

I had my PHR back in early 2000, then made a career change to a paramedic (I know, right). I called SHRM and they said I'm eligible to test again even though I only currently have 1.5 yrs of HR.

I purchased the online study guide and it seems that HR has gone in a completely different direction - more operations related than employee relations etc.

Did anyone find this online training to be helpful? I test in July, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!
