Hello, everyone! I am new to fishbowl, the Healthcare field, and fairly new to my company. One of my primary goals, besides finding the highest quality talent to join our team, is to expand my network. If anyone here is willing to send me a LinkedIn connect request I would be very appreciative! It will be a mutual benefit, I assure you.

It sounds like your spirit has been called to make a move. You have a good working knowledge of the corporate culture and the subsequent expectations. It also appears that you have sought this change through the appropriate channels. All that is left is whether the Universe agrees with the choice. You will always be placed where your abilities will yield the most growth, and where you will do the most for the greater good. Whatever the answer, here's hoping for you in your new role. Peace.
Congratulations, what a success! All things point to your transfer but it's natural to feel anxious while in this process. Keep up the communication, you're a lot stronger candidate due to your knowledge of the company prior.
I sure hope so. I had a call with the recruiter Friday while I was on my way to vacation and told her to let the hiring manager know that even though I’m on vacation I’m more than happy to talk whenever she wants. I guess I just hate waiting and hope to hear more sooner rather than later. I’m super excited for this role as it’s in a direction closer to where I want the prime of my career to be.
I'm sure you'll get it, I send you all the good vibes that are in me!!
I congratulate you for taking the challenge into your hands and taking the next step, well done!
I hope you get it too!!!
Update on this post. Just received a declination email. :( Guess I’m not meant to move from my current role.
Everything indicates that it is yours, I wish you much success.
Sadly I got the dreaded declination email yesterday afternoon, but I reached out to the recruiter and she gave me a lot of helpful information to go for the next one. Hiring manager had already interviewed someone and made an offer before the recruiter could get back to me.
