Hi everyone - I’m a Workplace Experience Lead who is transitioning out of their position at the end of the month with almost 10 years’ of office management experience in the startup world.

I want to pivot into project management (I’ve done multiple office buildouts and moves where I’ve used the waterfall methodology to complete projects - without knowing it!) but I do not have any certifications. I’m taking courses to earn skills badges to put on my resume but how else can I navigate this?
