So Dan had mentioned 50% average increase in AIP and now it’s 30% for USDC. True second class citizens

Is the percentage based on What we received last year or what our offer letter states? So for example if I’m supposed to get 6% AIP per offer then I should expect 7.8% this year? Cause last year I barely got 1.5%...

Based on 2019. I think 2020 was lower than 2019.

50 percent was the average 4 months ago before they ran the numbers.

Core is also getting 30%
