Thought I’d share as I’ve seen a number of people point out that their title on Fishbowl hasn’t been updated. If you made the update and it has been “pending” forever, y can email them and they update it pretty quickly after that. I waited two weeks, and when I emailed it was updated within 24 hours.

1- Tier-1 consulting firms in strategy or business
2 - Non- technical role in a tech firm interested in fintec, AI and supply chain.

Have you used your bill rate to justify a salary increase? I know how much revenue I will generate over the next year. Should my salary be half of that? I'm currently less then 40%.

Will Accenture consider me for a SM role if I’m in a SC role currently at Deloitte? YOE requirements are different at the two, so I’m curious if they’ll take that into consideration.

Context: I did 4 YOE at Accenture, then switched over to Deloitte as a SC and have done 2.5 years here leading teams

Leaving my current employer (startup, not BCG) within 2 months of starting because I absolutely cannot tolerate the culture. I have a feeling that giving 2 weeks notice will mean they will walk me out the same day and I will lose 2 weeks of pay (~$11k pretax), which I don’t want.

I have raised my concerns several times with my manager and according to them this is how companies operate and I should be patient.
