First of all, you’re probably driving because it takes too long to go wherever it is you’re going on foot. And second of all, you don’t have any control over the people carrying you, they could just take you anywhere.

I have been very stressed over the last year between work and some personal things and have lost over 10 lbs in the span of a year. I’m already pretty thin and now I just feel like I look “skeleton” like. I try to eat “more” but I just cannot gain the weight back. I definitely think WFH and skipping breakfast some days is contributing to this. I’ve been trying to work out more but also haven’t gotten anywhere / I don’t love weight lifting. Any advice on how to gain 5-10 pounds in a healthy way?
