Has anyone interviewed with LinkedIn and had to create a presentation? This is for a Technical Recruiter position. I have three 1:1 45 min interviews next week... seems intense for the role..if I pass this I have another final interview with a manager.

Have been in my current industry role for 1.5 years, and have been a good performer. Are there any best practices to bringing up promotion to my manager? Targeting mid-2020 promotion.

Need some advice on job quals:
Have an interview with a job I have a great fit with, but they list "excellent modeling skills" as a qual. I have some experience, but definitely not building from scratch. Also, this is a general strategy and low-tenure role so I'm hoping modeling is nice to have and possible to learn.
How should I approach this? Tell them directly where I stand and am willing to learn? More importantly, how do I not get psyched out that I'm not right for the role?

Does anyone work for Omnicell as a Clinical Trainer? Something I’m struggling with as it relates to the rise of the “Karens”. I get it, Karens suck and are very real but why is it that women always have to deal with this kind of stereotype? Men, especially Trumpian white men, are just as bad about their own privilege. Maybe they handle it differently or maybe people are less inclined to record them? I don’t know. But somehow it feels like yet another divide between women. Just wish we could make it less about gender and more about privilege.

I’ve been interviewing for a new role that would be amazing - client side, sizable raise, great benefits. Honestly a dream! But the only thing that worries me a bit is the company/industry is VERY male dominated (construction and infrastructure). I see myself as pretty girly and can’t help but fear not being taken seriously or similar issues internally and on the field. Would love to know your experiences!

I have an opportunity to join a small Animation studio as a producer that does some amazing work. I am currently at a large notable agency as a PM. The work isn't revolutionary but this is the best work life balance I have ever had.
Do I leave and take a risk to do something more exciting and rewarding, or do I stay in my current position and risk feeling stagnant and like I'm wasting my growth potential?
