So EY announced yesterday in FAAS all hands that they aren’t following other firms with mid year raises, but did make a comment that last year they had historical raises and PBB and they expect that to be the case again this year. If you are at EY what percentage raise are you going to be expecting to stay with EY? Based on other B4 mid year raises I am thinking ~15% would be competitive if they aren’t going to do mid year raises. Thoughts?

Does EY advisory promote based on tenure just like all the big 4 audit practices? As in, you're a senior consultant for 3 years and then as long as you've been performing well you make manager.

Possibly leaving my firm after a 7-8 month tenure. Nothing wrong but just expecting an insane offer from a smaller firm.
