So given my title maybe I show know this.. but I need some guidance on a situation. I’m currently interviewing with an interesting company that I’m very positive about and expecting an offer next week. I just realised that they have a more senior role (and closer to my level) posted on their career site that I think would be a better match. How should I address this? We are currently talking about a temporary role too so I think this would be even better.

I'm tired of being told to prepare for easy to medium level leetcode problems and getting straight up DIFFICULT ones in interviews. I guess I just have to expect difficult from now on no matter what...these aren't even FAANG companies.

I have given interview in LTI on 20th August which was pull campus so L1,L2 and HR all three rounds over on same day and I was told in HR round only that you are Final Selected. I got documents submission mil on 22nd August and I submitted it, But till now(2nd September) I have not got any mail for offer letter. How much time it will still? Can anyone help me on this?

Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.
