My family is on my health plan and it’s open enrollment. Spouse is currently on leave and their federal health plan open enrollment is early next year. Is it possible to enroll us and our child on my health plan and then switch to spouse’s plan during their open enrollment? It took me 7 months to get pregnant with a miscarriage and 8 with my son ( he’s almost 2). TTC Number two for 7 cycles now and or course I’m at that point where I’m stressing if something is wrong. Can someone please remind me that it’s normal to take up to a year? I’m 34. I did have basic blood work done and all seemed okay but I can’t help but stress. I’m 11dpo today and tested negative and can just feel my period about to come.

Has anyone watched the game changers movie on Netflix showing how plant based diet is better for humans in general as compared to animal based diet.
It's not just in general they have also claimed that plant based diet reduces the heart related disease and helps athletes a lot in their athletic performance.

I have tried to pinpoint what I am feeling or not feeling at work. I have come to think that the JOY is somewhat lacking with everything that is going on. I still love my job and the interactions with the students, but all the sickness, fear, and death that has happened over the past 2 years has taken a toll.

Does anyone else think this?

My 16 y/o has elevated proBNP (390), which I know isn’t diagnostic, but vet has given me the option of getting an echo or waiting and repeating the BNP in a couple months. He doesn’t seem to have symptoms of heart issues, though he’s been diagnosed with asthma and has had coughing fits. Other conditions that can elevate BNP don’t seem to be at play here. Trying to figure out what the best approach would be.

Hi Fishies, I turned 32 a week ago and I had modified FET transfer on 11/07. We went with IVF(ICSI), as we have male factor, spouse is 34 yrs old. We transferred 5AA, and my clinic(CCRM@Boston) told that they will be doing first blood work on 11/16 and if it’s positive, will do second blood work on 11/18, and asked not to test at home, I’m not even planning to do any test anyways. Im trying to stay calm and relax. But I’m having stomach cramps same like period cramps, is it normal?

Looking for advice/input:

I’ve dealt with ADHD my entire life, although was just diagnosed last year. Throughout my career (assurance>industry>consulting), I’ve been able to “outwork” everyone else in the office to counter the lack of focus and other associated faux pas associated with the disorder. Recently have hot a point where I can’t put in the hours (3 yo/fam), and my work has taken a major hit. Anyone in consulting/assurance have any methods for managing this when it comes to PM duties?

Hi everyone! For those that feel comfortable, would love to see the breakdown AFC > eggs retrieved > fertilized > embryo > genetically normal (please feel free to include other steps, add in more numbers/details). I've read the averages of how it gets narrowed down, but always prefer hearing real breakdowns. I'm in the process of my first egg retrieval and trying to stay realistic. Really appreciate it!

Medicated IUI : Mid-cycle ultrasound ( CD 11) shows three follicles 10 mm (right) 14 mm and 10 mm (left) . Doctor asked me to come in for another ultrasound on CD 13 . “Worried that only one follicle seems to be maturing and the chances may slim” . Was on Clomid 50 mg and yet to take trigger shot ( may take after another ultrasound) . I have sent a follow up question to doctor and the clinic is closed for the day. Anyone had similar experience and thoughts to share?
