Just had a very uncomfortable conversation with a partner. I have some time off booked to go to my brother’s wedding (I’m the best man). We were chatting and I mentioned that my brother’s future husband is so nice and really a great guy, and we already consider him a member of our family. Partner’s tone immediately shifts and as we’re ending the call he says, “Okay, enjoy the time with your family at the civil ceremony.” Like… girl you live in California, you cannot be this backward.

you guys my 1yr old dog keeps attacking people so we can’t take him out anymore, he’s unpredictable and we’ve had two vets experience this and tell us to put him down. he doesn’t attack us but we can’t never leave our house, never go on vacation again, never leave more than 4-5hrs at a time…. how big of a pos am i if i consider the advice??

Am I crazy? I recently moved in with my girlfriend of 6 years. I am jewish - I go to temple and celebrate jewish holidays. Technically, she is half jewish half christian. She does not go to temple or church and basically only celebrates Christmas.
