I’m down almost 20 lbs. and way more active. Seriously questioning my willingness to resume full-time travel post-COVID.

I'm finding I have less time due to increased demands at home with my two little ones (two under 3). I think generally more stressed and while I'm exercising more, in definitely stress eating more too.

I am in a similar boat, we lose the decompression alone time. But I’ve started just putting time in my calendar for pelaton rides seeing as it seems there are no work time boundaries now!

I am a 38 yo woman, always been very active (I run 20 miles/week), normal BMI, and eat healthy. I just had a routine blood test and while my HDL is 70 and triglycerides 53 (both good), my LDL is suddenly 132 (normal is up to 130). Any tips on what to do? I don’t have heart disease anywhere in my family. Only think I can think is ever since covid started I eat chocolate every night. Could that alone cause this?? Any help appreciated.

Happy July 4th everyone! Am 35 M and feel so lonely this weekend. Have been holed up and just can’t stop crying last few days. I’ve gotten so deep into work all these years that I did not prioritize relationships and feel the immense pain now. I enjoy work but have become such a workaholic that I can’t seem to get out of it. Any suggestions or help please? Another holiday alone will be too much to bear. These covid months have really put me in depression.

Hello, I am wondering if I should sell my house or wait a few years. I am in GA. I was initially selling to move to a better school district for my foster daughter. The new area may be potentially safer as well. If I put the house on the market now, people will come in, I am facing exposure to covid, I am working from home. If I don’t put it on the market, the market may crush soon. Dilemma....

Context is I will have 2 hours to prepare slides on investment thesis, including valuation (assume will get basic financial info from which I can get levered/unlevered cash flows). If I do a DCF model and estimate the value this way, my questions are: What discount rate should I use? (WACC?) Don't I need to know the EBITDA multiple to calculate terminal value?
