I joined the current company when I was about 2 months pregnant and they were extremely welcoming.. My baby is now 2+ years and we are planning to have another baby soon. What are your views on opting for the maternity leaves 2nd time within 3.5 years of joining the company? Would it reflect badly on me? Writing IEPs can be so time-consuming and overwhelming and we don't get paid any extra or given time during school to do them. I feel taken advantage of. We should get paid more than regular ed teachers just for that fact.

I jumped on a call with a candidate to debrief from his interview results I asked him how felt it went and if he enjoyed the interviews. After he shared with me his feedback I started to highlight the areas where he did poor and where he did great. But in the middle of it he cut me off and said, can we just address the elephant in the room, did I pass it or not?. His approach threw me off but I wanted to share with him but it seems like his disregard everything I had said. Anyone experienced it?

How do you manage the anxiety of working 24/7? I have clients who works well into the night and early morning hours (basically, we get emails all the way up until 1am.)
Some of these include requests due by morning. It’s not a major project, but the clients believe in working late nights and weekends. I’m struggling. I barely sleep and when I wake up, I feel my heart pounding, and I’m breathing heavy. I’m afraid to ck email and feel I should keep up bc others are. I’m at a breaking point.

My life is very good. Loving family, fortunate upbringing, mostly great friends, work at a company such as EY and started during pandemic. However I feel like I’m going through a quarter life crisis.
