Hello Folks, I have completed my Technical and Managerial rounds in Nagarro last week and got the confirmation from consultancy that I have cleared the interviews and will schedule a call with HR as per availability.
My question is usually how long does Nagarro HR takes to release the offer ? as its been 2 weeks since my final interview is done.
When was the last time you had your resume redone? Before you apply to a job are you making sure your resume has the trigger words for your resume to flag in the system? There are some really great websites that you can use that will take the job description and then take your resume, run them against each other and see the comparability match to see if you would make it through the filtering software for a recruiter to look at you.
I would start with having someone look at your resume if no one has. It can be costly, but definitely worth it when you can and will land the job!
Have you tried Clinical reimbursement as regional?
I would love it however I am applying and not getting call backs. I am wanting to go into revenue cycle of some sort
If you are currently at a hospital I would just keep trying to transfer within. The healthcare system I worked for had these jobs as remote positions. I would just try to keep looking.
Thank you the problem is I currently work for an insurance company and I am having to try to get on with a new company for what I want to do
Get your foot in the door doing anything (patient access, transport, so on) prove your worth and advance quickly.
Have you contacted some of the larger Skilled Nursing Facilities? You may be able to get into one of their AIT programs (Administrator in Training). FYI some states require a state license for SNF / LTC Administrators. Congratulations on you new degree!!!
Have you considered Healthcare Consulting? With a clinical background and a new degree in administration you could benefit by brining solutions to healthcare organizations. Just a thought
If you can't find a referral here, I would try over on Linked in. I usually have good luck over there! Best of luck to you.
