So i got a job offer from a really big company but total compensation was like 35% less than what i am actually making and when i told my manager about a job offer he gave me an increment! Although monetarily wise i am having like 40% more but there's a regret growing inside me!!! Tell me i made a right choice ( job was 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh) and current job is 100% Remote.

Anyone on here practice Labor & Employment law? What’s the industry outlook? And are firms/salaries as bimodal as they seem? I feel like there are four to five heavy hitters and a ton of other firms that claim to do the work. Where should I look if I wanted to lateral? 2 YOE at a V50.

Are DPW and CSM going to raise? What are they doing?

I got selected in Accenture in the technical round. HR round is done too. I'm to have a final manegerial round.
My total years of experience is 9.8 years.
They are offering me an Associate Manager designation. Is that okay by Accenture hierarchy standards?
And what is the salary structure I can expect there (fixed , variable payout etc) ?

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. I had my 2nd interview with the program manager this Monday. I sent a thank you email following afternoon (Tuesday) and I sent a follow up email this morning. HR thanked me and said they forwarded my email. Are my follow ups too soon? PM did say the latest I’ll hear back would be prior to Sept.

Does anyone else feel that we’re being told “everyone is hiring” but no one is ACTUALLY hiring? More so, putting people through the ringer then saying “we’re on a hiring freeze/position put on hold”. People are not just candidates you put in your back pocket for a rainy day as much as agency’s may think they’re doing a justice by adding you to the “pipeline”.
