Sounds like a no brainer? Remote and more money? Unless you have a toxic team or have no room for growth, it sounds amazing.

Yeah, I was thinking the same exact thing. I don’t think I’m understanding what the problem is lol. Unless it’s a toxic team like A1 just said… but there was no mention of that in the original post. So maybe we are missing some additional context here.
Wait, are you saying the new job is 35% less and that your previous manager tried to give you a pay bump to get you to stay so now your new offer is 40% less compared to your previous role but you took the new offer since it’s fully remote and now you’re having regrets since the new pay is so much lower? I’m not sure I am following what you are saying so lmk haha

No one here can give you the affirmation you want. The truth is always only within you
OP please follow up what did you decide to do? Did you take the new offer?
I still don’t understand why take/consider an offer than is now 40% less pay and requiring 4x week in the office?
You mentioned nothing about how satisfied are you with current job and what the other job is like? Same type of role in same field? What made you interested to pursue the new job if the salary was considerably way less?
To me, WFH is a benefit and if you like it, remember going in and encountering humans in the workplace can be great or horrible!
I would stick with your current job. Sounds ideal!!
What is it about the other job that is causing you to feel regret? And how much is it worth to you?
