C# : Oops concept questions
.net: mostly on asp.net, MVC and webapi.
SQL: about functions, stored procedures, performance related questions.
2. Managerial: about project
3. HR : basic salary discussion and background.
Please share your interview experience to help others.
Thanks
Seems like a red flag to me too mostly because if you do take extra time off on a verbal agreement with your manager and then down the road manager changes things/needs a reason to fire you/etc, it could come back to bite you.
AE1 hit the nail on the head. That verbal agreement is only binding if the hiring manager sticks to it, which they have no reason to. I wouldn't agree to anything that isn't in writing, as that seems like a loophole they could easily use to let you go if they wanted to.
Sucks because it could be a genuine offer to do whatever you need to do (and I've had jobs where I did things like what's described here). But yeah if it ever comes down to getting written up, you don't have a leg to stand on. If this is the only job offer you have maybe take it for now but play it safe until you feel the offer is sincere.

Ask the hiring manager - "you cool putting that in an email?".
How much PTO? Seems like a red flag to me.
