Yes. Rates are definitely higher now. Perfect time to test the market now that demand is up big and the firms have to compete with each other to get the best talent after laying people off and not giving raises for 2 years.
That’s a solid offer. Ms in big 4 are typically 80-120k
It’s higher now. You can get 130-160k for management or tech manager.

It is a good offer for sure as a Manager
Extremely good offer. Usually you’d be looking at $130-135K as an external hire for a Manager role.
It’s about 10-20% higher now post covid. This guy is proof.
Which firm and how many YOE?
This is about the average rate post covid. People should test the market and they will see it’s no problem getting 150k with a few years M experience particularly in big data and niche tech.
