So I got some potential graphic design work from Creative Circle. Only problem is that they only service people from Ontario, and I am from Vancouver. To circumnavigate the system they were asking that I pretend to be an Ontario resident using a friend or relative's address. This feels sketchy AF but I am in need of work right now. How will this screw me in the future if I go with it?

I’ve been in the industry for just about 5 years. 4 of them in creative. This year, the reality set in that I don’t see myself doing this long term. I’m at the ACD / Senior Writer level. Q for freelance creatives - is it typical to be hired by an agency to work on one project then asked to work on additional projects during your time there, without having agreed to it initially?

Any advice on being a leader for the first time? I got hired to run a small section of the agency and have a couple of amazing designers but I’m feeling massive imposter syndrome. They are both so well spoken and I know I bring value but sometimes I feel like I’m not good enough. I really want to develop as a leader and mentor.
