There’s clear signs of favoritism where someone whos newer than me is being given important responsibilities because he is an IT genius. While I was completely neglected. The CEO who acts as our boss, even asks a more tenured employee for updates on tasks that I AM doing. Something’s not right. This is the first time I felt like I’m being downright outcasted. I hate to confront.Should I quit?

Okay so funny ish kind of story. I have horrible indigestion at 21 weeks. I burb and hiccup constantly. I try really hard not to do it on calls but sometimes it happens lol. I burped on a recent call and everyone on the call just pretended to not hear me. I’m so embarrassed but also super grateful for my colleagues not giving me a hard time ☺️ I literally can’t help it!
