How do you organize your work? My firm is in the dark ages in terms of scheduling assignments. I get email after email. Cc’d on stuff that have no action items for me. I have rush assignments as well as regular assignments from numerous people. Everyday I am sifting through emails to compile my to do and priority list. Today it took me 2 hours of wasted time just to make a to do list. I had 150 emails. Can anyone give me tips on how to be faster and more efficient?

Feeling very burnt out lately. I go to the gym regularly, eat well and get adequate sleep. Any tips for cooling down after work, making the most of my free time and not feeling so burnt and exhausted?

It is important to always listen to yourself. It is equally important to listen to others. Events typically do not occur inexplicably. The civil unrest, the pandemic have exposed systemic issues in parts of our society that need to be addressed. We all have a part to play in helping ourselves and each other.

Anyone workout/run with overhead headphones? Or should I invest in some earbuds for that purpose?
