Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

No. Your space, your instructions. Nothing about their job gives them the freedom to do anything other than teach your lesson plans and maintain order.
You request that they never be allowed back in your classroom.
I always let admin know when a sub has been disrespectful to my classroom. I make sure it is in writing. Unfortunately, subs are hard to find, especially good ones!
Something that I have found that works (not all the time but most)… I send a video announcement to my class (only in days I know I won’t be there. If I’m sick then obviously I don’t do this). I make sure to put in my plans to play the video (I also send it to admin and ask her to make sure the sub shows it). It’s just a 2 minute video from me, reiterating our classroom expectations. I go do a brief overview of what they will be doing that day and what I expect our room to look like when I return. This mainly for my sub 😉 BUT the kids then keep the sub in line.

That’s an amazing idea.
Oops! ...such reports limit...
No you’re not, through all my years of teaching I have not had a sub rearrange my things and take anything from me. Not a good move on the sub’s part which is sad considering we have such a shortage 😣 keep certain things out of reach.

Are you sure students didn't raid the candy
Yes. It was not where they could see it and they didn’t know it was there.
Not cool. If you go into someone else's space, the expected courtesy is to leave things as you found them.
Update to the update: Not only did she rearrange—she told my kids to hurry up because she wanted to “teach them real.”
