So, I have started linking a girl in office and I am getting good vibes from her.
Now the issue is that my last working day in this company is on the last week of the next month.
I have offers from Kolkata which is my hometown.Now the question is I am having doubts about leaving Mumbai because of her and the chemistry is growing between us.
What should I do considering the situation as I have wanted to go back to Kolkata for the last 6 months?My current organisation was always trying to retain.

Your situation is like that of job interviews. You are thinking the company for which you have given interview likes your, but in real you don't what will be the decision. Until you have offer in hand, you can't take anything as Yes..
You have worked hard to move to your hometown.. If you can get a Yes in next few days, probably you can stay back (this also depends on how much they are ready to offer etc.).. else, you have the option ready... Also , remember you may or may not get a chance to move to your hometown that easily in future because in jon search, it all boils down to timing..
