How have other moms whose partner is working decided when the time was right to bring a babysitter back? We live in NJ and a babysitter has always been allowed but we put her on paid leave. My partner is using leave for now but we don’t want to use all of it in case one of us gets sick. With no clear state or federal guidelines on what the next step should be, we’re thinking about bringing her back shortly after Labor Day. Anyone else?
