So I just interviewed with a company for a job that was titled ‘Online Project Manager (Benefits & HRIS Experience)’. I always blow the part where they ask about pay but I want to be able to be paid fairly for the position and my experience. I’ve looked the company up and I don’t see salaries for this position on Indeed or Glassdoor. When looking other places to see what a fair pay would be for this position, would I do it based on what a Project manager would make? Or something else?

I would think the pay would be about the same as a project manager. Maybe research what that positions pays in your area. Another thing you an do is when they ask what your salary expectations are, I ask, "What is the budget for the position?" Then you can gauge how much money they have to offer.

I always kind of think it is a bad sign when they won't tell you. It feels like they are trying to get you for the cheapest price possible. I wouldn't tell them your current salary.

If you’re given a low to mid salary range with high range kept confidential and you go through the lengthy interview process, is it appropriate to negotiate more after being given an offer in the mid-range? Don’t want it to seem like I wasted everyone’s time if I “already knew” the range.

Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA

I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)

Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.

When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.

But now they declined. Weird.

Needing advise. I have been at my new company for 3 months and I hate it. So much to hate too much to type up. So I’ve been applying around and I actually got an interview for my dream position today. How do I explain this current situation? I heard it’s not good to bash other companies but I genuinely do not know how to explain why I want to leave without my current company getting bashed. Should I just put it all out there or keep it vague?

Anyone work at PwC that can help refer and potentially share some resume/application tips? There's a strategy manager position open I am interested in applying for, but I've applied for PwC many times over the years and have NEVER gotten even a first round interview. Thanksgiving is upon us. Send help.

My step in laws are TERRIBLE. Not directly to me but family dynamic is stressful. They parent their youngest kid with pills and ignoring him, so that he does inappropriate things around me with zero correction (walking in on me, insulting me). They are all half siblings (4 boys 30-11) so they all don’t care including my partner. FIL also verbally abuses MIL in front of us. Yet they all want to please him constantly. It’s just bad.

Food was good though.

I just logged in for open enrollment and see that my benefit costs are increasing quite a bit. Family of 4 - medical/dental/vision will be about $345/pay period plus whatever I contribute to my HSA.
