Which company would you join?
I currently work in Sales with the intention of moving over to marketing in the near future. I received two offers for BDR/SDR roles from Sprout Social and Gong. Both salaries are around the same (Gong - base 63k + anticipated $25k in commission, Sprout - 55k base + anticipated $25k in commission).
I like both companies’ software and it extremely hard to decide which position will get me into marketing faster as it is not a traditional BDR path to take.
Help!
My first 2 organization's were very small and their my salary was 2k per month for first job and 8k per month for 2nd job.
I was not having any pf over there.

Hi Amazonians,
I am looking for guidance.
I am going to start interview process with Amazon next week. Probably all rounds will be done in 1-2 day time frame.
How/what should I prepare for interview?
Am clueless on what kind of ds & algo questions, system design questions are asked in Amazon interviews.
My techstack: javascript developer- react+Angular.
1. Pls guide me on what/how to prepare?
2. Also, will the interview be solely on da & algo and javascript; or on Js frameworks?

You can share that offer letter
But I dnt want to do that since I find it very unethical
Don't share it. In no circumstance does a company need an offer letter to match. And here they're not even matching.
Make an offer they can't refuse 😅
There is no harm in sharing offerr.. but the act was feeling bit weired.. choice is totally yours to accept / reject
I find that odd - but I do understand their perspective. You can block out details like comp etc and just show them enough that there is an offer in your name
